To ensure timely processing, all orders placed before 2:00 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time) on business days will be processed the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will be processed on the following business day. This allows us to maintain fast, reliable shipping and ensure your Dorméa products arrive as quickly as possible.
Change of Address
If you need to change the shipping address for an order that has already been placed, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed for shipping.
Lost Package Policy
At Dorméa, we strive to ensure all orders arrive on time and in perfect condition. However, in rare cases where a package is lost during transit, here’s how we handle it:

For Customers with Shipping Protection: If you’ve purchased our Shipping Protection, we’ll send you a free replacement for any lost package—no questions asked. The price of shipping protection is $5

Without Shipping Protection: If Shipping Protection wasn’t purchased at checkout, the customer assumes responsibility for lost packages. We always recommend selecting Shipping Protection to safeguard your order.
